1. Define the collection architecture, including the number of SKUs, segments, and pricing tiers.
2. Monitor time-to-market to ensure adherence to development timelines.

4. Collaborate with Product and Brand Managers to define target pricing, margins, and market positioning.
5. Maintain continuous dialogue between creative and market perspectives.
6. Provide prototyping input to ensure alignment with timing, feasibility, and technical aspects.
7. Support the Product Management Team in pricing and margin decisions.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the eyewear industry, particularly in merchandising or product development roles, with a preference for sports sector experience.

3. Comprehensive understanding of collection logics, including breadth, depth, and segmentation.
4. Technical expertise in eyewear.
