- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual net sales targets for assigned brands.
- Cultivate and sustain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
- Educate clients about brand offerings through regular visits and presentations.
- Deliver exemplary customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct in-store training for client staff to enhance sales and customer experience.
- Develop qualitative door distribution aligned with brand profiles.
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing to execute window campaigns and in-store visibility programs.
- Provide regular business updates and schedules to senior management.
- Complete account surveys and sales contracts accurately.
- Represent Thélios at industry and special events.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in optical sales or B2B sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple products, with Excel proficiency as a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong advocate of diversity and inclusion in business decisions.
- Professional demeanor with a positive, entrepreneurial attitude.
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally 60-80% of the time.
- Valid driver's license and car ownership.
- Ability to lift 30-50lbs.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in optical sales or B2B sales is required, with a preference for experience in the fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
The hiring range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, with additional opportunities for sales commissions and performance-based incentives.
