Thelios Brand Ambassador

1. Develop and advocate for the company's and brands' strategies.
2. Analyze and assess market potentials within the designated territory and formulate a business plan.
3. Conduct audits of client and non-client retail locations, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools, and report findings to the Commercial Directorate.
4. Establish genuine partnerships with clients, aligning with company choices.
5. Adhere to and enforce commercial policies and procedures.
6. Monitor and manage product reorders, ensuring compliance with defined assortments and client presentations.
7. Educate and advise clients on product innovations and communication strategies.
8. Convey brand-specific approaches and concepts to clients, proposing distribution strategies for other brands as appropriate.
9. Support clients in event planning to enhance brand visibility and sales.
10. Report special requests or disputes to the Country Manager.
11. Collaborate with fellow Brand Ambassadors and other distribution networks.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role.
3. Familiarity with the luxury sector is advantageous.
4. Fluent in French and English; proficiency in Italian is beneficial.
