Thelios Brand Ambassador

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual net sales targets for assigned brands.
- Cultivate new and maintain existing partnerships with customers to foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Educate clients about the brands through regular account visits and present new products while gathering direct customer feedback.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both prospective and current accounts, resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct in-store training for customer staff to maximize sales and enhance client experience.
- Develop qualitative door distribution in alignment with each brand's unique profile.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and the Trade Marketing team to implement window campaigns and in-store visibility programs.
- Prepare and present regular business updates to senior management.
- Complete required account surveys and sales contracts accurately.
- Represent Thélios at industry and special events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of optical sales experience or B2B sales required
- Experience within fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple products; Excel is a plus
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; both verbal and written
- Genuine passion and advocacy for diversity and inclusion
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
- Availability for domestic and international travel (60-80%)
- Possession of a valid driver's license and ownership of a car
- Ability to lift 30-50lbs
Minimum of 3 years in optical sales or B2B sales.
Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
The hiring range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, with opportunities for sales commissions and other performance-based incentives.
