Thelios Brand Ambassador
Thélios, a distinguished entity under the LVMH Group, is a trailblazer in the luxury eyewear sector. It designs, produces, and distributes premium sunglasses and optical frames for renowned brands such as Dior, Fendi, Celine, Givenchy, Loewe, Stella McCartney, Kenzo, Berluti, Bulgari, Tag Heuer, and Fred. Additionally, Thélios boasts its proprietary brands, Barton Perreira and Vuarnet, further cementing its status as a leader in luxury eyewear.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual net sales targets for assigned brands.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Educate clients about brand offerings through regular account visits and gather direct feedback.
- Deliver exemplary customer service to current and prospective accounts, resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct in-store training for customer staff to enhance sales and client experience.
- Develop qualitative door distribution in alignment with each brand's unique profile.
- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to execute window campaigns and in-store visibility programs.
- Provide regular business updates and schedules to senior management.
- Complete required account surveys and sales contracts accurately.
- Represent Thélios at industry and special events.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of optical sales or B2B sales experience
- Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple products; Excel proficiency is advantageous
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong advocate of diversity and inclusion in business decisions
- Professional demeanor with a positive, entrepreneurial attitude
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 60-80% of the time
- Must own a car and possess a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 30-50lbs
Minimum of 3 years in optical sales or B2B sales, with a preference for experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods.
Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
The hiring range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, with opportunities for sales commissions and performance-based incentives.
