Thelios Brand Ambassador
Thélios, a distinguished entity within the LVMH Group, pioneers in the luxury eyewear sector by designing, producing, and distributing an exquisite range of sunglasses and optical frames. The brand collaborates with some of the most prestigious Maisons, including Dior, Fendi, Celine, and Givenchy, among others. Thélios also proudly owns proprietary brands such as Barton Perreira and Vuarnet, further solidifying its position in the luxury market.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual net sales targets for assigned brands.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
- Educate clients about brands through regular account visits and gather direct feedback.
- Provide exemplary customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct in-store training for customer staff to maximize sales and enhance client experience.
- Develop qualitative door distribution respecting each brand's unique profile.
- Liaise with the Trade Marketing team to execute window campaigns and in-store visibility programs.
- Prepare and deliver regular business updates to senior management.
- Complete required account surveys and sales contracts accurately.
- Represent Thélios at industry and special events.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in optical sales or B2B sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple products; Excel proficiency is advantageous.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Genuine passion for diversity and inclusion, integrating this mentality into business decisions.
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally 60-80% of the time.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and ownership of a car.
- Ability to lift 30-50lbs.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in optical sales or B2B sales is required.
Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
The hiring range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, with opportunities for sales commissions and performance-based incentives.
