Thelios Boutiques Channel Coordinator
Thélios, a distinguished entity within the LVMH group, stands at the forefront of the luxury eyewear sector. As a creator, producer, and distributor of high-end sunglasses and optical frames, Thélios collaborates with prestigious brands such as Dior, Fendi, Celine, Givenchy, and more. The company also boasts its own brands, Barton Perreira and Vuarnet, further solidifying its position in the luxury market.
- Define sales objectives with the Maisons and develop action plans to achieve them.
- Conduct periodic financial reporting for Thélios and the Maisons.
- Coordinate forecasting of new collection purchases with the Maisons and Brand Management.
- Support the Maisons in showroom success activities.
- Monitor delivery schedules with the Demand Planning Department.
- Oversee order placements and weekly deliveries managed by Customer Service.
- Establish and implement a FLEX process with the Maisons.
- Agree on delivery plans and communicate product availability.
- Activate shipments in collaboration with internal departments: customer service, planning, and logistics.
- Define and monitor reporting tools to track boutique performance and turnover.
- Collaborate with Maisons to anticipate and detect restocking needs for carry-over products.
- Validate monthly restocks internally.
- Advise and support Maisons on practices to develop eyewear in their boutique network.
- Implement retail projects and solutions to maximize category sales.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions with Maison and Thélios teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in Supply Chain, Performance Analysis, or Merchandising.
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills.
- In-depth understanding of financial processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Team-oriented mindset.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
The position offers a hybrid working mode, combining remote and on-site work in Paris.
