Thelios Assistant Trade Marketing Manager Internship

- Coordinate the implementation of institutional and seasonal Trade Marketing projects, collaborating with local marketing teams, Visual Merchandising, and external suppliers.
- Monitor and update project developments, including campaign execution, 3D renderings of displays and pop-ups, and data management in Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
- Oversee the development and evaluation of POS materials, ensuring timely sample validation and coordination between suppliers, local teams, and the Maison.
- Create detailed reports and PowerPoint presentations on regional and country-specific marketing activations.
- Develop tools and guidelines to ensure optimal support for local teams.
- Ensure adherence to merchandising standards for each launch, including planograms and quality execution.
- Manage the validation and delivery of 'crops' via the dedicated platform.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis, including competitor analysis and photographic documentation.
- Participate in market visits with regional and country stakeholders.
- Provide daily support to local teams in strategic projects such as pop-ups, brand launches, and sales events.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing (BAC +4/+5)
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

Entry-level experience through internships or apprenticeships in operational marketing.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing
