1. Conduct monthly analysis of collections and best sellers.
2. Oversee merchandising and collection development in alignment with budgetary constraints.
3. Collaborate with the project manager on product data sheets and product development.
4. Organize active assortment based on collection seasonality.
5. Coordinate special product shipments for specific Maison requests.
6. Support the Training team by compiling materials and drafting product sheets and sales arguments.
7. Track and document monthly PR, event, and marketing activities.
8. Collaborate with Trade Marketing on newsletters.
9. Coordinate special requests with Maisons, such as gifts and GWP.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Branding.
2. Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in marketing or merchandising.

1. Proficiency in English; Italian is recommended.
2. Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
4. Proactive mindset.
5. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
6. Highly organized with attention to detail.

Entry-level experience with prior internship or apprenticeship in marketing or merchandising.
