1. Manage a high volume of collections across Optical, Ophthalmology, and Optometry accounts, ensuring timely and accurate payment receipt.
2. Communicate with accounts regarding outstanding balances, issuing invoice reminders and providing customer statements as needed.
3. Post and apply payments (ACH, credit card, and checks) accurately and on time in SAP.
4. Research and resolve both authorized and unauthorized deductions to maintain account accuracy.
5. Analyze open receivables, identify high-risk accounts, and prepare reporting with recommendations for resolution to the AR Manager.
6. Process credit card payments and maintain accurate documentation of accounting records, reports, and files.
7. Support monthly closings and assist with departmental reporting and reconciliations.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounts receivable

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expertise in Excel
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail
3. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; both verbal and written
4. Preferred knowledge of SAP and Concur

Minimum of 3 years in accounts receivable.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

The hiring range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
