Thelios Accounting and Consolidation Specialist

- Supervise accounting processes and ensure the correct application of accounting procedures and IFRS across all Thelios Group companies.
- Support the Accounting Team to ensure timely monthly and annual closures.
- Define accounting procedures and policies for the Thelios Group.
- Ensure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations for subsidiaries.
- Ensure timely and complete preparation of financial statements for Group companies, in coordination with local Financial Managers and according to international accounting standards.
- Manage all tax obligations accurately and promptly.
- Support subsidiaries' compliance with accounting standards adoption.
- Analyze financial information to identify errors and suggest efficiency improvements, liaising directly with local financial managers.
- Support local consolidation teams during the monthly closure process to ensure timely completion of submissions.
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closure and global consolidation process.
- Prepare/validate IFRS entries for all Group companies.
- Oversee Intercompany and elimination processes for the group.
- Support the execution of internal controls related to the consolidation process.
- Participate in special projects or ad hoc analyses to support the finance department and business initiatives.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in multinational companies or supervisory roles
- Experience in accounting and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting required
- Extensive experience in accounting and consolidation processes
- Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions
- Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills
- Autonomous and results-oriented
- Highly proficient in Excel, knowledge of other MS Office applications
- Proficiency in professional spoken and written English
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.
Degree in Accounting or Finance
