Tapestry Wholesale Account Specialist

- Independently manage the order book flow from order entry to shipment fulfillment to achieve financial targets.
- Monitor and ensure timely product shipments to wholesale clients, proactively managing issues and communication with internal and external partners.
- Execute tasks flawlessly to ensure profitability, productivity, and efficiency in the wholesale revenue cycle.
- Maintain SOX Compliance controls related to auditing, approval, and revenue protection.
- Serve as a liaison between customers, Sales and Operations, Distribution, Finance, Production, and the internal SOX Compliance team.
- Provide accurate and timely customer service to internal and external contacts, demonstrating proficiency in the business model and supply chain.
- Review and maintain orders through the order management system (SAP) from receipt to shipment, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Order Management experience in a rapidly changing, deadline-driven environment related to Sales, Order Fulfillment, or Customer Service.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar order management systems.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Analytical skills for data integrity and reporting.
Experience in order management within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, particularly in Sales, Order Fulfillment, or Customer Service.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
Base pay range from $65,000 to $70,000 annually.
