- Lead the strategy and execution of visual merchandising for Tapestry's brands across Europe.
- Manage and develop a team of Visual Merchandisers, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategy.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual merchandising consistency with global expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Area Managers, Buying, Marketing, and Store Operations to plan and execute monthly floor sets.
- Participate in weekly trade meetings to review sales and identify opportunities, creating and delivering action plans as needed.
- Facilitate effective communication between Corporate and Field Visual Merchandising teams.
- Adapt global guidelines to local market trends and customer profiling.
- Oversee visual merchandising for new store openings, showroom setups, pop-ups, and events.
- Plan daily visual merchandising maintenance in partnership with store management.
- Support showroom setups during markets and global marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed on regional trends through business reports and competitor analysis.
- Previous experience in visual merchandising at a managerial level within retail or fashion.
- Expertise in people management and development.
- Proficiency in creating strong visual presentations using creative and commercial skills.
- Ability to interpret visual merchandising presentations and communicate them to store teams.
- Experience in Central European markets is desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel & PowerPoint), Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to last-minute changes.
- Experience partnering with Buying teams to plan product assortments.
- Confidence, motivation, and resilience.
- Flexibility to travel regularly within Europe.
Previous managerial experience in visual merchandising within the retail or fashion industry is required.
