1. Develop and implement training programs for fulfillment center staff.
2. Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and schedule sessions.
3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
4. Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
5. Facilitate onboarding sessions for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
6. Collaborate with external training vendors to enhance program offerings.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in training coordination or a similar role within a logistics or fulfillment environment.
3. Strong organizational and project management skills.

2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in training coordination, preferably within a fulfillment or logistics setting.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
