Tapestry Training Coordinator

- Develop and implement training programs for fulfillment center staff.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and schedule sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
- Collaborate with external training vendors to enhance program offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in training coordination or a similar role within a logistics or fulfillment environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in training coordination, preferably within a fulfillment or logistics setting.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
