1. Assist in the timely receipt and routing of parcel packages using the WITS tool.
2. Analyze, plan, and track incoming volume from Retail, Wholesale, and Direct to Consumer channels.
3. Provide updates and respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding returns and orders.
4. Train and support associates on standard department processes.
5. Resolve Direct to Consumer return issues and provide status updates.
6. Order and track supply inventories for Returns and Special Projects departments.
7. Support Special Projects team with updates and communications.
8. Utilize WM for reporting, updates, and research.
9. Prioritize multiple projects and monitor successful completion.
10. Utilize tracking through UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, and USPS.
11. Monitor and review inspections, reticketing, and repair projects.
12. Maintain and execute Eclipse project sorting, tracking, updates, and shipments.
13. Perform other duties as assigned, including outside department support.

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. More than one year of experience in a clerical, customer service, or related warehouse function

1. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Strong decision making, problem solving, organizational, and follow-up skills

More than one year of experience in a clerical, customer service, or related warehouse function. A college degree and three or more years of support roles within logistics, distribution, or related warehouse functions are preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent
