1. Assist in the timely receipt and accurate routing of parcel packages using WITS tool.
2. Analyze, plan, and track incoming volume from Retail, Wholesale, and Direct to Consumer channels.
3. Provide updates and respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding returns and orders.
4. Train and support associates on standard department processes.
5. Resolve Direct to Consumer return issues and provide status updates.
6. Monitor and track supply inventories for Returns and Special Projects departments.
7. Support Special Projects team with updates and communications.
8. Utilize WM for reporting, updates, and research.
9. Prioritize multiple projects and monitor successful completion.
10. Utilize tracking through UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, and USPS.
11. Monitor and review inspections, reticketing, and repair projects.
12. Maintain and execute Eclipse project sorting, tracking, updates, and shipments.

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. More than one year of experience in a clerical, customer service, or related warehouse function

1. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
4. Organizational and follow-up skills

More than one year of experience in clerical, customer service, or related warehouse functions is required. A college degree and three or more years in logistics, distribution, or related warehouse roles are preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent
