1. Assist in daily and monthly office operations, ensuring smooth administrative functions.
2. Support office administrative activities, including stationery ordering and office maintenance.
3. Verify vendor invoices and process payment arrangements efficiently.
4. Facilitate documents and samples delivery or collection both indoors and outdoors.
5. Participate in quality control jewelry inspections during peak seasons or when associates are on leave.
6. Support production coordinators by checking production schedules with suppliers.
7. Back-up restricted substance testing controller activities and confirm grouping testing forms.
8. Place fashion jewelry orders with suppliers and check shipping schedules, reporting production issues to the New York merchant team.
9. Set up styles for reorders in Ecvision and issue purchase orders in S4.
10. Coordinate packaging methods with suppliers for new packaging materials or styles.
11. Arrange team-building activities in collaboration with the HR team.
12. Provide support to HR or IT teams as needed.

1. University degree required
2. Immediate availability preferred

1. Proficiency in English and Mandarin
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
4. Ability to work independently

Experience in administrative or supply chain roles is advantageous.

University graduate
