1. Conduct analysis and research on ongoing continuous improvement projects with Operations Supervisors.
2. Engage with various departments within the robotic facility, including Inbound, Inventory, VAS, Pick, Packing, AutoStore, Shipping, and Returns.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, safety, maintenance, and L&D teams to drive continuous improvements.

1. Must be a junior, senior, or recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent.

2. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Adaptability to cope with change and ambiguity.
5. Drive for results and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with supply chain operations is advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent.

Hourly Rate: $20/hr
