- Engage in strategic site selection, committee approvals, and deal-making processes.
- Develop and implement innovative real estate strategies in response to the evolving retail landscape.
- Cultivate and maintain a network of industry contacts, including brokers, developers, and other retailers.
- Negotiate multi-deal packages with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and conduct thorough analytical assessments.
- Utilize PowerPoint, Excel, and Mapping Software to support real estate initiatives.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in retail or real estate, focusing on site selection and deal-making.
- Proven track record in negotiating complex real estate deals.
- Experience with street locations, malls, lifestyle centers, and outlets.
- Strong negotiation and strategic thinking abilities.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Mapping Software.
A minimum of 7 years in a retail or real estate environment, with a focus on site selection, deal-making, and strategic planning.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
Base pay range from $115,000 to $150,000 annually.
