Tapestry Senior Manager, SEC Reporting

1. Oversee the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K.
2. Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP standards.
3. Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to gather necessary information for reporting.
4. Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and integrity in reporting.
5. Stay updated on changes in SEC regulations and accounting standards to ensure compliance.
6. Lead and mentor a team of reporting professionals.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
3. Extensive knowledge of SEC regulations and GAAP.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficiency in financial reporting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in SEC reporting or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
