- Establish and lead the Payments and Fraud function to drive strategic initiatives.
- Optimize approval rates and payment fees through effective management.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring and reporting systems to track metrics and performance.
- Provide regular updates and insights to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Retail Accounting, Payments, and Fraud.
- Proven expertise in payments and fraud management.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in payments and fraud management within the retail or financial services industry.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Base pay range from $105,000 to $130,000 annually.
