Tapestry Senior Manager, Maintenance and Facilities

- Oversee the maintenance and facilities operations to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for facility services and supplies.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Lead a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance and performance evaluations.

- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facilities management and maintenance operations.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, logistics, and procurement processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
