1. Manage key aspects of Tapestry’s global tax function in collaboration with the Senior Tax Director and other team members.
2. Provide instrumental support in preparing quarterly and annual global tax provisions.
3. Lead the accurate and timely preparation of domestic federal and state income tax returns.
4. Analyze global accounting practices and their impact on current and proposed tax policies.
5. Foster a collaborative team environment and work closely with business partners.
6. Proactively follow up on open items and adapt to changes in tax regulations.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
2. CPA license
3. Minimum of 10 years of experience with a blend of Big 4 or corporate industry experience

1. Strong technical tax skills
2. Ability to apply critical thinking, prioritize, and problem solve
3. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Ability to foster a collaborative team environment

Minimum of 10 years of experience with a blend of Big 4 or corporate industry experience.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
