1. Oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
3. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
6. Nurture a positive working environment and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

1. Proven experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive role.
2. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
3. Experience in the fashion or luxury retail industry is preferred.

2. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive change.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
