1. Manage the creation, capitalization, disposal, and transfer of asset masters.
2. Prepare and maintain monthly fixed asset reports and the asset register.
3. Update Net Book Value for assets upon disposal approval.
4. Run monthly depreciation calculations as per business requests.
5. Assist in period-end closing and liaise with other teams.
6. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
7. Oversee fixed assets accounting for stores, warehouses, and offices.
8. Partner with internal stakeholders for accurate and timely reporting.
9. Collaborate with cost center owners on forecast and budget data.
10. Identify opportunities to standardize processes.

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
2. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
3. 3+ years of experience in fixed asset accounting.
4. Strong understanding of US and Local GAAP.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to adapt to changing business environments.
3. Knowledge of project management.
4. Lease accounting experience is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years in fixed asset accounting, with a strong grasp of US and Local GAAP.

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
