1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to advance equity, inclusion, and diversity across the organization globally.
2. Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate diversity and inclusion goals into business strategies.
3. Lead and mentor a team of diversity and inclusion professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
4. Analyze and report on diversity metrics and progress, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
5. Partner with external organizations and stakeholders to enhance the company's diversity and inclusion efforts.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in diversity and inclusion roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
