4. Oversee investigations and resolutions of employee grievances and complaints.
5. Collaborate with HR teams to align employee relations strategies with organizational goals.
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
7. Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

1. Proven track record in employee relations management within a large organization.
2. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
3. Strong leadership and team management abilities.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in employee relations or human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
