- Consult cross-functional partners on designing data-driven analyses, strategies, and tools.
- Perform large-scale data analyses to extract useful business insights and unlock new strategies and optimizations.
- Translate analyses into data stories, identifying actionable solutions and recommendations to influence business direction.
- Design and develop data visualizations to aid external partners in understanding data insights.
- Gather and define business requirements for data science tools and models, ensuring a pipeline for future business analyses.
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions.
- Establish best practices and provide guidance to global counterparts.
- Collaborate with data engineers to innovate in the sourcing, management, and use of data.
- Collaborate with data science algorithm and engineering teams to innovate potential data science products and solutions.
- Communicate and present findings to leadership-level business partners.
- 3+ years of hands-on analytics experience, preferably within retail, e-commerce, or consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative and/or technical field.
- Advanced data query skills with SQL.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
- Hands-on experience in Python or R.
- Advanced skills with Google Analytics and BigQuery.
- Ability to tell compelling and concise narratives with complex data.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to evaluate and change priorities daily and to perform efficiently within a fast-paced team environment.
3+ years of hands-on analytics experience, preferably within retail, e-commerce, or consulting.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative and/or technical field.
Base pay range from $90,000 to $105,000 annually.
