- Support the Account Manager with requests and requirements for key accounts and directly manage independent accounts, acting as a point of contact with multi-brand accounts.
- Execute four market events annually across Women’s & Men’s Leathergoods, leading appointments with independent accounts and presenting collections during market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the order lifecycle, including order collection, upload, tracking shipments, and ensuring smooth order book shipment.
- Track sales weekly, monthly, and quarterly, highlighting key trends and challenges.
- Produce seasonal trade reports to highlight seasonal wins, challenges, and opportunities.
- Develop short-term seasonal plans to meet sell-through targets.
- Manage ATS swaps and reorders to drive trade in-season.
- Conduct regular site canvassing for partners with online channels to drive trade and in-season actions.
- Develop the distribution network by onboarding new independent accounts and prospecting in line with regional strategy.
- Communicate with Accounts Receivable on independent account balances with the support of the Account Manager.
- Assist the Account Manager with planning quarterly and yearly sales forecasts.
- Partner with Field teams to implement training with accounts, such as product knowledge training.
- Support new store openings in coordination with cross-functional partners and accounts.
- Organize store visits and provide comprehensive feedback and actions to improve trade.
- Coordinate and support in-store marketing initiatives and events.
- Work closely with Visual Merchandising to ensure visual standards are delivered across all locations.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Wholesale or Sales managing accounts, either in-house or through an agency.
- Fluency in English; additional European language skills, such as French, are desirable.
- Highly motivated, confident, and target-driven to achieve sales.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, with Excel being essential.
- Highly analytical with strong numerical skills.
- Self-starter able to independently manage time and workload in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 2-3 years in Wholesale or Sales managing accounts, either in-house or through an agency.
