- Drive sales and service excellence in a flagship department store and oversee a regional network of stores in London.
- Provide feedback and insights to ensure Tapestry's values and business priorities are demonstrated on the shopfloor.
- Lead by example to educate and upskill Brand Ambassadors, Specialists, and store colleagues.
- Ensure customers have a seamless shopping experience across all channels.
- Act as the main point of contact for Tapestry within the host store, liaising with Store Management, Personal Shopping, In-Store Marketing, and wider floor teams.
- Track and analyze store targets, compiling and presenting action plans to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador.
- Cultivate strong relationships with Brand Ambassadors, Specialists, and Store Management to drive brand awareness and customer retention.
- Monitor in-store activity and identify new opportunities for brand growth, including local events and omni-channel customer events.
- Implement visual merchandising directives and guidelines across all locations.
- Manage product deliveries and replenishment, maintaining clean and organized back-of-house areas.
- Complete trade reports and coordinate with the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador for adequate floor coverage.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience.
- Ability to travel within London 8 days per month.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Previous experience working within a department store is desirable.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends.
- Self-motivated with the ability to strategize for business development.
- Passionate team player with the ability to work well with others.
A minimum of 2 years in a retail environment, preferably with experience in department stores.
