- Develop and implement asset protection strategies to minimize loss and ensure safety across multiple retail locations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with store management to enhance security measures and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Lead investigations into incidents of theft, fraud, and other security breaches.
- Train and mentor store teams on loss prevention techniques and safety protocols.
- Analyze data to identify trends and develop proactive measures to mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and external agencies as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in Loss Prevention or Asset Protection is preferred.
- Proven track record in asset protection or loss prevention management within the retail industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in asset protection or loss prevention, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
