1. Develop and implement asset protection strategies to minimize loss and ensure safety across multiple retail locations.
2. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
3. Collaborate with store management to enhance security measures and ensure compliance with company policies.
4. Lead investigations into incidents of theft, fraud, and other security breaches.
5. Train and mentor store teams on loss prevention techniques and safety protocols.
6. Analyze data to identify trends and develop proactive measures to mitigate risks.
7. Coordinate with law enforcement and external agencies as necessary.

1. Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Certification in Loss Prevention or Asset Protection is preferred.
3. Proven track record in asset protection or loss prevention management within the retail industry.

5. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in asset protection or loss prevention, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
