Tapestry Procurement Analyst

- Maintain a repository for procurement legal documents, including NDAs and MSAs, and compile a global vendor list.
- Prepare and present quarterly reports to senior management on procurement activity and operational savings.
- Assist in sourcing activities by preparing, issuing, and evaluating bid and RFI/RFP requests.
- Support sourcing, RFI, RFP, and negotiation activities for millwork, VM & SBO materials, and warehouse/logistics.
- Create and maintain project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of programs with domestic and international suppliers.
- Work independently with minimal guidance, escalating issues to leaders and stakeholders when necessary.
- Leverage accurate analysis and strong project management skills to solve problems, drive results, and mitigate risk.
- Drive the tactical execution of day-to-day plans to deliver consistent and sustainable savings and business value.
- Develop metrics, tools, and processes to track and communicate efficiencies across various spend activities.
- Provide analysis and interpretations of actual performance versus plan/forecast and assess future impacts.
- Assist in negotiation and finalization of price, quality, and delivery, developing optimization scenarios for awards.
- 1-3 years of work experience preferred, with prior procurement/sourcing or consulting experience.
- Knowledge of millwork, material substrates, manufacturing processes, and quality management.
- Understanding of sourcing processes, contract management, financial analysis, and supplier management.
- High level of self-motivation with the ability to drive change in a global decentralized organization.
- Strong project management skills and results orientation.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication.
- Knowledge of Ariba and Workday procurement management systems is a plus.
- Effective organization, time management, and influencing skills.
1-3 years of work experience, preferably in procurement/sourcing or consulting.
A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Base pay range from $64,360.00 to $80,000.00 annually.
