1. Oversee the daily operations of the Order Management System (OMS) to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and enhance user experience.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
4. Monitor system metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making processes.
5. Lead and mentor a team of OMS specialists, providing guidance and support.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in managing order management systems, preferably in the retail or luxury fashion industry.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in order management or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
