1. Oversee nightly operations within the logistics annex to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
2. Manage and lead a team of logistics personnel, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during night shifts.
4. Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management.

1. Proven experience in logistics or operations management, preferably in a supervisory role.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4. Familiarity with logistics software and tools.
5. Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
