Tapestry Marketing Procurement Manager

- Lead strategic sourcing and transformation initiatives across Marketing categories including CRM, Production & Events, Creative, PR, Media, MarTech, Digital and Visual Merchandising.
- Own sourcing strategy and execution for the enterprise Advertising & Marketing indirect procurement category (managing a dynamic $650M+ spend portfolio).
- Develop and implement sourcing plans, RFx/RFP processes, bid evaluations and vendor selection, negotiating price, quality and delivery terms.
- Manage vendor contract lifecycle, preparing the organization for renegotiations, extensions or renewals and mitigating contractual risk.
- Deliver measurable savings and business value through tactical execution of category plans and continuous improvement.
- Produce financial and market analyses, business cases and performance vs. forecast reporting to quantify savings and guide decision-making.
- Create metrics, tools and processes to track efficiencies and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Partner with senior marketing and digital leaders (VP/SVP/CEO-level) and cross-functional partners including Finance, Legal and HR to align sourcing outcomes with business objectives.
- Drive process optimization and value-stream improvements across Global Procurement and the broader organization.
- Operate autonomously with strong judgment, escalating appropriately and maintaining transparent stakeholder communication.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience; prior procurement, strategic sourcing or consulting experience preferred.
- Proven knowledge of sourcing processes, contract management and supplier lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated capability in financial analysis, market analysis and constructing business cases to quantify savings and benefits.
- Advanced project management skills with a track record of driving change in decentralized, global organizations.
- Excellent oral and written communication, stakeholder facilitation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively on international projects and to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with procurement technologies (experience with Ariba, eProcurement or eCatalog systems is a plus).

At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within procurement, strategic sourcing or management consulting, with demonstrated success leading cross-functional sourcing projects and delivering measurable cost savings in marketing or advertising-related categories.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing or a related field required; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) preferred.
