Tapestry Manager, Wholesale Customer Experience

- Lead and inspire a team of Brand Ambassadors and Specialists across the European department store network.
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand awareness and customer retention.
- Provide Wholesale Accounts with regular updates during peak trading and for new staffing agreements.
- Visit teams and locations within the region to discuss trade performance and customer experience opportunities.
- Support Brand Ambassadors with managing in-store priorities and ensuring efficient product deliveries.
- Educate Brand Ambassadors on Tapestry’s brands and deliver training to increase product knowledge.
- Track and analyze European Wholesale sales and ensure trade reports are completed with action plans.
- Maintain rota schedules and floor coverage, particularly during peak trading.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding for the region and manage store approval processes.
- Partner with the Tapestry VM team to ensure visual directives are shared and implemented.
- Lead quarterly check-ins and year-end reviews with the team.
- Manage department budgets and process invoices for incentives and travel.
- Monitor in-store activity and present ideas to identify new opportunities.
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience with in-depth knowledge of the fashion retail environment.
- Experience managing multi-site locations.
- Ability to travel up to 12 days per month.
- Experience working within a department store.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends.
- Self-motivated and able to strategize for business development.
- Ability to work well with others and lead by example.
- European language skills are desirable.
Minimum 5 years of retail experience with a focus on managing multi-site locations and working within department stores.
