Tapestry Manager, Wholesale Customer Experience

- Lead and inspire a team of Brand Ambassadors and Specialists across the European department store network.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance brand awareness and customer retention.
- Regularly visit regional teams and locations to discuss trade performance and customer experience opportunities.
- Support Brand Ambassadors in managing in-store priorities and ensuring efficient product deliveries and replenishments.
- Educate Brand Ambassadors on Tapestry’s brands to enhance product knowledge and drive sales.
- Track and analyze European Wholesale sales and develop action plans to ensure optimal product availability.
- Manage rota schedules and floor coverage, particularly during peak trading periods.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for the region and manage store approval processes.
- Collaborate with the Tapestry VM team to ensure visual directives are implemented across locations.
- Conduct quarterly check-ins and year-end reviews with the team, tracking performance and managing department budgets.
- Monitor in-store activity and present ideas for new opportunities within the region.
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience with in-depth knowledge of the fashion retail environment.
- Experience managing multi-site locations.
- Ability to travel up to 12 days per month.
- Experience working within a department store environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends.
- Self-motivated with strategic business development capabilities.
- Proficient in European languages is desirable.
A minimum of 5 years in retail, with experience in managing multiple locations and working within department stores.
