Tapestry Manager, Statutory Accounting

- Coordinate European statutory audits, serving as the primary liaison with auditors and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the approval of financial statements and related resolutions by Company Directors, ensuring compliance with local filing procedures.
- Monitor changes to local GAAP, collaborating with auditors to update financial statement disclosures.
- Manage the wholesale accounting process during financial close, working closely with FP&A and Wholesale teams.
- Support the General Accounting team during financial close and with ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships with FP&A, Legal, and Global Accounting teams.
- Assist the Statutory Reporting and General Accounting teams with ad hoc requests.
- ACA qualification with a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience at a major accounting firm.
- Strong technical accounting skills.
- US GAAP experience is desirable but not essential.
- Retail experience at a multinational public company is desirable.
- European language skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and highly motivated self-starter.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Critical analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience at a major accounting firm is required.
ACA qualification is required.
