1. Lead and execute internal audit engagements across various business units.
2. Develop and implement audit plans to evaluate financial and operational controls.
3. Identify and assess risks, providing recommendations for improvement.
4. Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
5. Prepare comprehensive audit reports for senior management and the audit committee.
6. Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit or related field.
4. Strong understanding of audit methodologies and risk management.

3. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

A minimum of 5 years in internal audit or a related field, with a preference for experience in the luxury retail sector.
