Tapestry Manager, Global Environments Procurement

- Partner with global stakeholders to align on procurement strategies and understand business requests.
- Implement global procurement initiatives to achieve cost savings.
- Identify and execute process improvement opportunities.
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and manage cost containment.
- Manage RFx and sourcing projects, including vendor negotiations and preparing final price recommendations.
- Plan projects, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
- Prepare business cases to quantify savings and benefits of initiatives.
- Research market trends to discover cost-saving initiatives.
- Manage contract negotiations from vendor engagement to execution.
- 5-7 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing/Procurement, including Performance Measurement and Contract Negotiation.
- 3-5 years of experience in Architecture & Store Construction, including Construction Materials and Store Fixtures.
- Strong organizational skills and leadership presence.
- Experience with procurement/spend systems data and analysis.
- Interpersonal and management capabilities to develop Sourcing Specialists and Category Analysts.
- Proficiency in strategic sourcing methodology.
- Technical knowledge of architectural drawings and material usage.
- Team building and high degree of business acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and conflict resolution skills.
5-7 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing/Procurement, with a focus on Architecture & Store Construction.
A combination of experience and education will be considered.
Base pay range from $90,000 to $110,000 annually.
