1. Partner with global stakeholders to align on procurement strategies and understand business requests.
2. Implement global procurement initiatives to achieve cost savings.
3. Identify and execute process improvement opportunities.
4. Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and manage cost containment.
5. Manage RFx and sourcing projects, including vendor negotiations and preparing final price recommendations.
6. Plan projects, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
7. Prepare business cases to quantify savings and benefits of initiatives.
8. Research market trends to discover cost-saving initiatives.
9. Manage contract negotiations from vendor engagement to execution.

1. 5-7 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing/Procurement, including Performance Measurement and Contract Negotiation.
2. 3-5 years of experience in Architecture & Store Construction, including Construction Materials and Store Fixtures.
3. Strong organizational skills and leadership presence.
4. Experience with procurement/spend systems data and analysis.
5. Interpersonal and management capabilities to develop Sourcing Specialists and Category Analysts.

1. Proficiency in strategic sourcing methodology.
2. Technical knowledge of architectural drawings and material usage.
3. Team building and high degree of business acumen.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Problem-solving, analytical, and conflict resolution skills.

5-7 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing/Procurement, with a focus on Architecture & Store Construction.

A combination of experience and education will be considered.

Base pay range from $90,000 to $110,000 annually.
