Manager, Communications & Employee Engagement

1. Develop and execute communication plans, campaigns, and programs for Field and Corporate teams.
2. Use employee insights to develop communications and programs that drive engagement.
3. Partner with the Global Communications team to localize key messages and initiatives.
4. Develop and report on key metrics demonstrating communications effectiveness.
5. Lead Europe Townhalls and monthly business updates.
6. Support SVP, General Manager Europe on all internal and external communications.
7. Drive store effectiveness by planning communications, workload, and tasking.
8. Create and develop a library of standard operating procedures for Field teams.
9. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a workload calendar.
10. Own Company uniform programs for store teams.

1. Previous experience in retail and understanding of employee and customer needs.
2. Multi-brand experience in communications/store operations.
3. Experience in internal employee communications.
4. Experience of working with a US-based Head Office.
5. European language skills are desirable.

Experience in communications and store operations, preferably in a multi-brand environment, with a focus on internal employee communications.
