Tapestry Manager of Communications and Employee Engagement

- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans and programs for Field and Corporate teams to align employees with company priorities and initiatives.
- Utilize employee insights from listening sessions, feedback loops, and surveys to enhance engagement through tailored communications and programs.
- Collaborate with the Global Communications team to localize key messages and initiatives.
- Lead Europe Townhalls and monthly business updates, serving as the primary communications contact in the region.
- Drive store effectiveness by strategically planning communications and tasks between corporate and store teams.
- Create a library of standard operating procedures to equip Field teams for operational excellence.
- Manage the development of European storytelling for global social media channels and internal/external communications.
- Support the SVP, General Manager Europe on internal and external communications, including crisis communications.
- Ensure high standards in store environments and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Oversee Company uniform programs for store teams, ensuring compliance with global and local regulations.
- Previous experience in retail with a comprehensive understanding of employee and customer needs.
- Experience in multi-brand communications and store operations.
- Proven track record in internal employee communications and working with a US-based Head Office.
- Experience in delivering effective communications across Europe.
- Desirable proficiency in European languages.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills across all business levels.
- Highly analytical and organized with a strong sense of teamwork.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to changing business demands.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft applications.
Proven experience in communications and store operations within a multi-brand retail environment, preferably with exposure to European markets.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
