1. Provide legal guidance and support to the marketing department, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of marketing-related contracts and agreements.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.
4. Stay abreast of changes in legislation affecting the marketing sector and advise on potential impacts.
5. Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to support marketing initiatives.

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
2. Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
3. Proven experience in legal counsel roles, preferably within the marketing or luxury fashion industry.

2. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
3. Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in legal counsel, with a focus on marketing or related areas.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent.
