1. Provide legal counsel and guidance on a wide range of corporate matters.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements.
3. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Manage external legal resources and liaise with outside counsel.
6. Support the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the bar in the state of New York.
3. Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
3. Proficiency in contract law and corporate governance.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the luxury fashion or retail industry.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
