Tapestry Legal Coordinator

- Review and respond to incoming legal notices, correspondence, and documents received by Tapestry's registered offices across Europe.
- Process and track invoices for legal and corporate maintenance providers, ensuring alignment with the EMEAI Legal budget.
- Collaborate with the Statutory Reporting team to address audit requests for legal and corporate information.
- Coordinate the execution and filing of documents required for corporate maintenance and legal filings, utilizing the internal Contract Management System.
- Engage with external legal and corporate maintenance providers to manage engagement letters and timely invoice submissions.
- Maintain and update legal information databases and trackers to ensure data accuracy.
- Support the expansion and maintenance of the legal precedents database and assist with projects to enhance processes.
- Regularly review legal administrative processes to ensure alignment with the broader Legal team, identifying efficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Support ad hoc duties and legal projects as required.
- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role, ideally within a legal environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism, assertiveness, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role, ideally within a legal environment.
