1. Assist in the negotiation and drafting of real estate contracts and agreements.

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification.
2. Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
3. Strong understanding of real estate law and regulations.

3. Proficiency in legal drafting and documentation.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

At least 1-2 years of experience in real estate law, preferably within the retail or luxury sector.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification.
