1. Draft and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and commercial contracts.
2. Provide legal advice and support to the HR team on employment law issues.
3. Act as the lead legal contact for the Store Operations team.
4. Support the Statutory Accounting team with audit requests.
5. Assist the Customer Services team with legal advice.
6. Manage and respond to incoming legal notices and correspondence.
7. Ensure regulatory compliance and support data protection legislation adherence.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional project teams.
9. Provide information and complete paperwork for KYC requests.
10. Support company secretarial matters for European entities.
11. Organize and maintain legal files and expand the precedents database.

1. UK Qualified Solicitor, NQ – 2 years of legal experience
2. Employment law experience desirable but not essential

5. Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships
6. Superior judgment and professionalism
7. Fluency in additional language(s) desirable but not essential

Experience in an in-house legal department is required.
