1. Develop and execute inventory planning strategies to optimize stock levels across North America.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory plans with sales forecasts and operational goals.
3. Monitor and analyze inventory performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
4. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient inventory replenishment.
5. Prepare and present inventory reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in inventory planning or supply chain management, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

1. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory planning or a related role within the fashion or retail industry.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
