Tapestry Industrial Engineering Intern

- Conduct analyses related to ongoing engineering projects within the fulfillment center
- Support the maintenance of productivity standards through time studies and statistical analyses
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and perform cost-benefit analyses
- Collaborate with Operations to implement solutions for identified opportunities
- Participate in growth-related projects requiring analysis of physical layout, business processes, and return on investment
- Enrollment as a junior, senior, or recent graduate in an engineering major
- Analytical skills for conducting time studies and statistical analyses
- Problem-solving abilities to identify operational improvements
- Collaboration skills for working with Operations teams
- Adaptability to participate in diverse growth-related projects
- Effective communication skills for reporting and liaising with team members
No prior professional experience required, but academic progression in engineering is necessary.
Junior, Senior, or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Hourly Rate: $20/hr
Interns will gain hands-on experience in a large-scale fulfillment center, enhancing their practical engineering skills and industry knowledge.
