1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems and other facility equipment.
2. Ensure the operational efficiency of the facility during night shifts from Monday to Thursday.
3. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues in the facility.

5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

1. Proven experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
2. Certification in HVAC systems or equivalent technical training.
3. Ability to work independently during night shifts.
