1. Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
2. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
3. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation by executives.
4. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure efficient operations.
5. Manage procurement and administrative operations to support executive functions.

1. Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
2. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
3. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role is required.
