- Support the Director, Wholesale – MEAI in developing and implementing the Ecommerce strategy for UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and India.
- Collaborate with franchise partners to launch Coach & Kate Spade Ecommerce platforms.
- Establish KPIs and growth pillars for the Ecommerce channel.
- Drive conversion and AUR initiatives to support Ecommerce growth.
- Conduct sales analysis and provide recommendations for merchandising optimizations.
- Partner with Buying teams to analyze product performance and meet customer needs.
- Manage Online Merchandisers to ensure effective site merchandising.
- Oversee product data and content processes for timely launches.
- Manage translations for site content to meet launch deadlines.
- Optimize product findability, navigation, and page content.
- Drive omni-channel strategies with Franchise/Distributor teams.
- Lead strategic conversion initiatives and testing roadmaps.
- Understand customer behavior to optimize user experience.
- Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and CRM teams for online campaigns.
- Build relationships with Europe and Global Ecommerce teams and other departments.
- Monitor competitor sites and stay updated on industry trends.
- 4-5+ years’ experience in Ecommerce with trading or merchandising expertise.
- Experience with website launches and Ecommerce platform builds.
- Experience working with the Middle East, Africa, and India regions is desirable.
- Background in online retail in a multi-channel, globally branded environment.
- Experience using Demandware, Salesforce, and Shopify.
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
4-5+ years in Ecommerce with expertise in trading or merchandising.
