Tapestry Ecommerce Project Manager

- Support the Director, Wholesale – MEAI in developing and implementing the Ecommerce strategy for UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and India.
- Collaborate with franchise/distributor partners to roadmap, initiate, and launch Coach & Kate Spade Ecommerce platforms.
- Establish KPIs and growth pillars for the Ecommerce channel.
- Drive conversion and Average Unit Retail (AUR) initiatives to support Ecommerce growth across markets.
- Conduct sales analysis to inform merchandising optimizations and provide recommendations.
- Partner with Buying teams to align on Ecommerce buys and product performance analysis.
- Manage and support Online Merchandisers for effective site merchandising and customer journey optimization.
- Oversee product data and content processes to ensure timely launches and promotions.
- Manage translations for site content to meet launch timelines.
- Optimize product findability, navigation, and category pages.
- Collaborate with Franchise/Distributor teams on omni-channel strategies and geo-targeting campaigns.
- Lead strategic conversion initiatives and A/B testing to drive commercial results.
- Support digital projects aligned with annual sales plans, focusing on customer experience.
- Analyze onsite customer behavior using analytics tools to optimize user experience.
- Partner with Marketing, PR, and CRM teams to execute online campaigns.
- Maintain relationships with Europe and Global Ecommerce teams and other departments.
- Monitor competitor sites and stay updated on Ecommerce trends and best practices.
- 4-5+ years of experience in Ecommerce with trading or merchandising expertise.
- Experience with website launches and Ecommerce platform builds.
- Desirable experience working with Middle East, Africa, and India regions.
- Background in online retail within a multi-channel, globally branded environment.
- Proficiency in Demandware, Salesforce, and Shopify.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask under tight deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive initiative.
- Adaptability to last-minute requests and changes.
- Positive and can-do attitude.
4-5+ years in Ecommerce with a focus on trading or merchandising, preferably in a global, multi-channel retail environment.
