1. Oversee all engineering, maintenance, facilities, and labor management within the North Las Vegas Fulfillment Center.
2. Drive continuous improvement of the facility’s equipment and processes as fulfillment volume, channels, and brands expand.
3. Focus on process engineering to handle increased volume and shifts as the site grows.
4. Serve as the main point of contact for functional teams including Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities.
5. Manage 3 direct reports and approximately 10 indirect reports.

Experience in overseeing engineering, maintenance, and facilities management in a large-scale fulfillment center.
