Tapestry Director of Engineering

- Oversee engineering, maintenance, facilities, and labor management at the North Las Vegas Fulfillment Center.
- Drive continuous improvement of facility equipment and processes as fulfillment volume and channels expand.
- Lead the engineering of new systems and processes for the ~800k sq ft site.
- Manage a team of 3 direct reports and approximately 10 indirect reports across functional teams.
- Serve as the primary contact for Industrial Engineering, Maintenance & Facilities teams.
- Report directly to the Sr. Director of US Engineering and Facilities.
- Proven experience in engineering management within a fulfillment or logistics environment.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement new systems.
- Expertise in process engineering and facility management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Extensive experience in engineering management, particularly within fulfillment or logistics operations.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
